Completing the On-Line Employment Application Form
 

The information below provides guidelines for completing the on-line employment application form. All required fields, indicated by an asterisk (*) on the form, must be completed before the form is successfully submitted. Please feel free to view our privacy statement before continuing.

Area of Interest

To select your area of interest, you must click on the first drop-down menu and choose from Corporate, General Office or Retail. The selection you choose will drive the options in the other drop-down menu(s).

Once you have selected either Corporate, General Office or Retail from the first drop-down menu, you must then choose your desired department from the options available. Some of the options will produce a third drop-down menu with further sub-departments. If the sub-department menu appears, you must also choose one of its options.

Contact Information

We must have your complete contact information so that we may contact you if your qualifications meet a position that we have available. The name Prefix, Middle Initial and Suffix fields are optional; however, the First Name and Last Name fields are required and must only contain alphabetical characters (a-z).

Please enter your primary street address in the Address 1 field (required) and any secondary address information in the Address 2 field (optional). Both of these fields must only contain alphanumeric characters (a-z and 1-0). The required State field can be completed by choosing your state from the state drop-down menu. A 5-digit zip code is required to be entered into the Zip field. 

To enable us to call you if a position should require experience similar to yours, we request for you to provide your 10-digit phone number (required). Each of these fields will automatically advance you to the next field.

Once your resume/application is submitted, you will receive an auto-response if your submission was successful. To enable us to notify you that we have received your application, please enter your valid e-mail address into the E-Mail Address field. 

Career Information

We appreciate the opportunity to review the details of your background as well as your accomplishments. To ensure we don't waste your time by contacting you with a position that is not commensurate with your experience, we'd like to know how many years experience you have, your expected salary range and your date of availability. Please select the appropriate answers for all three of these required fields from the options available in the corresponding drop-down menus.

Resume

Information Preview

We encourage you to review the contents of your application prior to submitting it to us by clicking on the Preview button at the bottom of the page. This provides you with an opportunity to ensure that all information is correct and that your resume is formatted in a way that is acceptable to you. This preview screen is representative of how your resume will appear to us.

Submitting Your Resume

Once you are satisfied that all information is accurate, you may submit the resume by clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the page only once, as it may take a few moments to process. Upon a successful submission, you will receive an auto-response stating we have successfully received your application.
