WINN-DIXIE STORES, INC. FILES FORM 10-K FOR FISCAL 2005 AND PROXY STATEMENT FOR ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
JACKSONVILLE, FL, October 26, 2005 – Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. (“WNDXQ”) today filed its report on form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission in which it reported financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended June 29, 2005.
