MONTHLY OPERATING REPORT FOR MARCH 2006
JACKSONVILLE, FL, May 15, 2006 – Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. (“WNDXQ”) today filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) in which it reported financial results for the third quarter and first 40 weeks of its 2006 fiscal year, which ended on April 5, 2006. The Company also provided a monthly operating report to the U.S. Trustee for the four-week period ended April 5, 2006 and has furnished this report to the SEC on Form 8-K filed on May 15, 2006.
