Winn-Dixie Signature Recipe
Taco Tartlets
Preparation Time: 10 min.

Serves: 30
Ingredients:
TARTLET SHELLS
1/4 quart Cream, sour
2 tablespoon Sauce, taco
2 oz Olives, black, canned, chopped
3/4 cup Snacks, tortilla chips, plain -- coarsely crunched (or corn chips)
TARTLET FILLING
1 lb Beef, ground, regular, (approximately 27% fat), raw
2 tablespoon Seasoning, Taco
1 tablespoon Water
1 cup Cheese, cheddar, grated/shredded
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Combine all tartlet shell ingredients and mix well.
3. Divide tartlet shell mixture and press into mini-muffin cups.
4. Heat ground beef over medium heat until browned.
5. Mix together beef, taco mix and water.
6. Place a spoonful of filling mixture in each shell, mounding slightly.
7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top and bake 7 to 8 minutes.
8. Gently remove tartlets from muffin cups with the tip of a knife. Serve hot.
