Winn-Dixie Signature Recipe
Sparkling Champagne Punch

Serves: 20
Ingredients:
6 fl oz Orange juice, frozen concentrate -- thawed and undiluted
1 oz Lemonade, frozen concentrate -- thawed and undiluted
2 pint Juice, cranberry -- chilled
2 pint Ginger ale -- (2 lb-4 lb), chilled
2 bottle Champagne -- chilled
Preparation:
1. Mix together orange juice and lemonade concentrates. Chill.
2. In a large punch bowl, mix together half of the concentrate mixture and 1 lbs of the cranberry juice.
3. Immediately before serving, add 1 bottle of ginger ale and 1 bottle of champagne (or to taste).
4. Use remaining ingredients to replenish the punch bowl as needed.
