Easy Banana Breakfast Shake

Preparation Time: 3 hours, 10 min.
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup Milk, 3.25% (homogenized)
1 medium Bananas -- frozen, peeled and sliced
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract -- optional
1/4 teaspoon Almond extract -- optional
1 dash Cinnamon, ground -- for garnish, optional

Preparation:

1. To freeze banana, wrap sliced banana in plastic wrap or place in a freezer storage bag. Freeze several hours or overnight.

2. In a blender container, combine all ingredients, except cinnamon. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.

3. Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
