Winn-Dixie Signature Recipe

Super Energy Balls

Preparation Time: 20 min.
Serves: 60

Ingredients:

1 cup Peanut butter, smooth style
2 teaspoon Butter, with salt -- or margarine
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup Milk, dry, nonfat, instant
1/2 cup Raisins, seedless
2 cup Cereal, toasted oats
1/2 cup Coconut, sweetened, flaked, packaged

Preparation:

1. Combine peanut butter, margarine/butter, and honey in a medium bowl.

2. Stir in milk powder and raisins.

3. Add cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated.

4. Drop 1 teaspoon of cereal mixture into coconut and roll into a ball.

5. Repeat.

6. Store in an airtight container and place in the refrigerator.
