Winn-Dixie Signature Recipe
Strawberry Creams
Will need a parchment paper
Preparation Time: 20 min.
Cooking Time: 2 min.
Serves: 10
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Chocolate chip (morsels), bittersweet -- (morsels)
10 large Strawberries, raw
1 cup Dessert topping (non dairy whipped cream), frozen -- thawed
Preparation:
1. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt bittersweet chocolate in microwave.
2. Drizzle a bit of the melted chocolate onto serving plate and set aside.
3. Pour and smooth remaining chocolate onto parchment sheet. When cooled, cut into shapes.
4. Wash, cut the bottoms and hollow out strawberries.
5. Fill the strawberries with whipped topping. To do this, put the whipped topping into a small plastic baggie. Cut a small hole in the corner of the bag. Insert the tip of the bag into each strawberry and gently squeeze in the whipped topping.
6. Place filled strawberries on serving plate.
7. Cap each strawberry with a chocolate piece.
