Apple-Mustard Glazed Ham

Cooking Time: 1 hour
Serves: 10

Ingredients:

1 cup Jelly, Apple (mint)
1 tablespoon Mustard, prepared, yellow
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg, ground
4 lb Pork, ham, boneless, cooked, unheated -- (4 lb-5 lbs), fully cooked, bone in or bone out
15 whole Cloves, whole -- (15-20)
1 large Apples -- cored, sliced into rings, optional

Preparation:

1. In a small saucepan, combine jelly, mustard, lemon juice and nutmeg. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and set aside.

2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Score the surface of the ham, making diamond shapes 1/2 inch deep. Insert a clove in each diamond.

3. Place ham on rack in shallow roasting pan.

4. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes per pound, or until meat thermometer reads 140 degrees.

5. During the last 30 minutes of baking, brush with glaze twice.

6. Garnish with apple rings if desired.
