Apricot Chicken

Ingredients:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup apricot preserves
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 375°.2. Mix preserves, vinegar and sugar together.
3. Place chicken in baking dish and top with preserve mixture.
4. Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
5. Remove cover and bake for additional 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°.
