Winn-Dixie Signature Recipe
Beefy String Beans and Rice

Ingredients:
1 lb ground sirloin
2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
¼ cup flour
2 Tbsp honey
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika
¼ cup Light soy sauce
2 tsp ground peppercorn
6 Tbsp water
2 ½ cups cooked rice
Preparation:
1. Brown ground sirloin, garlic powder, onion powder, peppercorn and paprika in skillet. Drain fat.2. Add green beans, honey, soy sauce and ginger.
3. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
4. Add flour and water and cook 3 more minutes or until thickened.
5. Serve with rice.
