Grilled Teriyaki Beef Kabobs

Cooking Time: 8 min.
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 lb Beef, sirloin, ground, raw -- boneless or top round, cut into 1-1/4 inch thick cubes (or prepared kabob cubes)
3 tablespoon Sauce, teriyaki
1 medium Peppers, bell, green -- cut into 1-inch pieces
1 small Peppers, sweet, red, (bell), raw -- cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 whole Pineapple, fresh -- peeled, cored, cut into 1 inch pieces (or prepared pineapple cubes)
Preparation:
1. Place beef cubes in resealable plastic bags; add teriyaki sauce. Place bag in refrigerator and marinade for at least 20 minutes.
2. Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade.
3. Alternately thread equal amounts of beef, pineapple and bell peppers onto each of skewers.
4. Place kabobs on grid over medium coals. Grill 8 to 10 minutes for medium doneness, turning occasionally.
5. Serve with rice.
