Ham Tips
Prestige Spiral-Sliced Honey-Cured Ham (with natural juices)
Need a delicious, economical and hassle-free idea for your holiday buffet? Prestige spiral-sliced honey-cured ham is the solution! It's easy to serve, with a spiral cut that means perfect slices every time. Each spiral-cut ham is honey-cured to seal in flavor and natural juices. It's fully cooked, so you can serve it cold. Or you can heat and glaze it with a special spice packet that lets you add as much rich flavor as you like. Look for spiral-sliced honey-cured hams in the meat department.

With three simple cuts, it releases from the bone and gives you perfect slices. Slice along line 1 across the front of the ham and then down each parallel to the bone to remove the top section. To remove the lower-right section, cut down line 2. To remove the lower-left section, cut along line 3.

For A Whole Ham:
Place ham on platter with fat side up and shank facing right.
Cut a few slices from the thin side (thin side will face toward carver if ham is a left leg and it will face away
from carver if ham is a right leg). Turn ham so it rests on the cut side. Make slices down to the
bone. Run knife horizontally along bone to release slices.
