Store Locations
Internet Explorer 6.0 Customers
If you have recently upgraded your web browser to Internet Explorer 6.0, you may experience problems with our store locator - the store locator may display only blank pages with a "page 2" or other buttons at the bottom.
Our store locator system uses "session cookies" which stores the zip code you enter into the temporary memory of your computer. It remains in memory until your browser's window is closed and does not write any permanent information to your computer.
Since our store locator relies on this type of memory, your computer must have the session cookies enabled. During most upgrades or installations of Internet Explorer 6.0 this type of cookie automatically gets turned off. As a result, some types of websites, including our store locator, that rely on this type of cookie will not appear to work properly on your computer.
It is an easy process to turn these back on. Please follow the simple steps below.
1. On your Internet Explorer browser window, click the "Tools" menu and then select "Internet Options." A gray window will appear.
2. Click the "Security" tab, then click on the "Internet" icon (a picture of a globe) and then click the "Custom Level" button at the bottom.
3. In the window that appears, scroll down to the "Cookies" section and then to the "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" subsection. Click the option button next to "Enable" which will turn on the session cookies, vice the defaulted "Disable" option.
4. Click "OK."
5. When prompted, "Do you want to save the security settings for this zone?" click "Yes."
6. Click "OK" again to close the window.
Once these steps have been completed, close your browser window and re-open it and then try the store locator again.
If these steps do not correct the problem, please feel free to contact us.
